We ship your order within 1-3 weeks when we receive it, depending on volume.

Currently, we offer Standard Postal delivery service with adequate shipping charges. If you are placing orders as gifts and require express delivery, please notify me before placing your order to make special arrangements. Returns

It is hoped that you will not have to return any items. At Beauty's Essence, it is the policy to aim for complete customer satisfaction. We recommend requesting samples of items before making a purchase ($1.00 each) Refunds are not given on purchases. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. We'll send you something different at no additional cost to you.
